INDUSTRIE DE NORA S.p.A. via Bistolfi 35 20134 Milano (IDN) has acquired ELTECH SYSTEMS CORPORATION, 100 Seventh Avenue, Suite 300, Chardon, OH 44024-1095 USA (ESC). The acquisition was effected by IDN's acquisition of 100% of the shares of ESC's parent company, Petronor Holding, B.V.

The combined company will have a worldwide turnover of approximately 200 million Euro, 1,000 employees and operating companies in Europe, USA, Japan, India, China and Brazil.
