Eltech Systems Corporation becomes De Nora Tech

DE NORA On December 5, 2006, Industrie De
Nora approved the merger between Eltech Systems Corporation
and De Nora North America Inc. into a single entity called
De Nora Tech.
De Nora Tech’s new President and COO is Frank McGorty
who maintains the role of Sales Director for the Elettrodi
Network. After the retirement of J. Van Riper, Renato Gazzaniga
has been appointed as CEO and Chairman of the US Entity. To
