Eltech System Corporation become De Nora Tech

On December 5, 2006, Industrie De Nora approved the merger between ELTECH Systems Corporation and De Nora North America Inc. into a single entity called De Nora Tech.

De Nora Tech’s new President and COO is Frank McGorty who maintains the role of Sales Director for the Elettrodi Network. After the retirement of J. Van Riper, Renato Gazzaniga has been appointed as CEO and Chairman of the US Entity.

The merger strengthens the presence of Industrie De Nora in North America and is synergistic to the complete reorganization of the operational systems of the Group completed and effective as of December 1, 2006.

De Nora Tech has already completed the integration within Elettrodi Network, and has a fast and direct access to all the skilled and experienced resources of Industrie De Nora whenever required to satisfy customer’s needs.

The R&D Division of De Nora Tech is managed by Al Barnes who reports directly to the newly appointed R&D’s General Manager of Industrie De Nora, Lynne Ernes, who is charged with creating synergies between research groups located in Milan (Italy) and Fairport Harbor, Ohio (USA). The combination of these two entities, with over 60 qualified scientist and engineers offers the Elettrodi Network a solid and powerful support for the generation of new improved products and processes.

De Nora Tech is striving to offer to all North American customers the improved Products and Technologies resulting by the combination of De Nora and ELTECH’s portfolios of know-how and intellectual property.

In addition, De Nora Tech offers its sister company CFE, the Global Services Company of Industrie De Nora, its full logistic and production support for the customer care of all clients manufacturing Chlorine in need of spare parts, technical assistance in plant upgrading and best operation practice, solution for the reduction of environmental impact and energy saving systems.
